Hon Simon Watts: In addition to the Climate Change Commission’s advice titled ‘NZ ETS unit limits and price control settings for 2027–2031’, I have also received the following advice from Ministry for the Environment officials: 23/04/2026: 2026 ETS Settings: options for consultation. This advice is market sensitive and will be proactively released in due course.
