Hon Chris Bishop: I received correspondence from Energy Resources Ltd on 4 December 2023. Energy Resources were sent the letter dated 3 April 2024 regarding the Fast-track Approvals Bill, and on 30 April 2024 regarding the RMA Amendment Bill 1.
