Hon Chris Bishop: I received correspondence from Fonterra on 13 February 2024. Fonterra were sent the letter dated 31 January 2024 regarding the fast-track legislation and changes to the National Policy Statement for Freshwater Management, the letter dated 28 March 2024 regarding targeted changes to Resource Management Act 1991, the letter dated 3 April 2024 regarding the Fast-track Approvals Bill and the letter dated 30 April 2024 regarding the RMA Amendment Bill 1.
