Hon Andrew Bayly: Fonterra sends me a monthly newsletter titled "Fonterra Business Update", which the office receives on approximately the 5th of each month. On 9 February, there was a meeting request and a reply confirming the meeting. The meeting on 14 February was proactively released and can be found online.
