Hon Chris Penk: I received one piece of advice from the National Emergency Management Agency during the week beginning 20 April 2026. However, it is not in the public interest to release the title of this document. In addition, staff in my office may informally receive documents, including draft documents, from officials in NEMA, other agencies, and other Ministers’ offices. This information is not held in a format that can be easily extracted within the required time frame.
