17456 (2025). Glen Bennett to the Minister for Tourism and Hospitality: What methodology, if any, was used to estimate that the additional $13.5 million investment in Tourism New Zealand's global marketing activity would result in more than 23,000 extra international visitors?

Hon Louise Upston: I am advised that Tourism New Zealand utilised return on investment of recent and similar activity to identify how many incremental visitors each market would deliver based on allocation of funding.
