Hon Nicola Willis: The Treasury intends to publish updated scenarios for the potential fiscal costs of purchases of offshore mitigation to contribute to New Zealand’s Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) under the Paris Agreement at this year’s Budget Economic and Fiscal Update. The exact form of this publication has not yet been finalised.
