17373 (2026). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister of Finance: Has there been a programme called the EQC Overcap Pathway Programme (EOPP); if so is it still accepting and processing claims; if not when did it cease accepting claims?

Hon Nicola Willis: I am advised that the Natural Hazards Commission (NHC) has never administered a programme known as the “EQC Overcap Pathway Programme (EOPP)”. I understand any internal use by NHC of a term such as “EOPP” was for internal, operational ease only.
