17368 (2026). Hūhana Lyndon to the Minister of Health: Why won't information from visits to hospitals and/or emergency departments be available on patient Shared Electronic Health Records?

Hon Simeon Brown: I am advised that it is intended that the Shared Digital Health Record data connector will include information from hospitals, including emergency departments. Initial work into the inclusion of hospital information, such as referrals, clinic letters, and discharge summaries, will begin later this year.
