17363 (2025). Hon Dr Deborah Russell to the Minister of Revenue: How many phone and web message contacts, if any, has Inland Revenue received about FamilyBoost to date?

Hon Simon Watts: Officials advise that from 1 July 2024, when the legislation was enacted, up to and including 16 April 2025, Inland Revenue has answered 21,032 phone contacts on the FamilyBoost voice queue and received 15,869 web messages relating to FamilyBoost.
