17358 (2026). Chlöe Swarbrick to the Minister of Finance: Have any members of the Ministerial Economic Security and Supply Chains Group engaged with the farming sector on the Govermment's response to the fuel crisis, and if not, why not?

Hon Nicola Willis: The Ministerial Economic Security and Supply Chains Group’s role is to provide strategic, whole of government oversight of economic security and critical supply chain risks, rather than to undertake sector specific engagement. Engagement with the farming sector has been undertaken through existing Ministerial and departmental channels responsible for the primary industries to ensure sector views are coordinated and captured.
