Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister for Social Development and Employment: Does the Ministry for Social Development use an AI tool to transcribe meeting notes; if so, have there been any occasions where conversations which occurred prior to the meeting and did not form part of the meeting were transcribed and circulated by email to the meeting attendees?

Hon Louise Upston: The Ministry for Social Development has not approved any AI tools for use in transcribing meeting notes.
