17306 (2025). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister of Justice: How many roles, if any, have been proposed for disestablishment in the Public Defence Service?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I am advised that 25 roles have been proposed for disestablishment in the Public Defence Service, and 12 new roles will be established, listed in reply to 17281 (2025). The net change will be a reduction of 13 roles.
