17305 (2025). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister of Justice: What are the roles proposed for disestablishment within the Public Defence Service by job title?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I am advised that the roles proposed for disestablishment are as follows: 2 x Senior Duty Lawyer Supervisors 3 x Lawyers (Appeals) 11 x Legal Secretary Leads 5 x Legal Secretaries 4 further roles which, were the job titles disclosed, would allow staff to be individually identified.
