17304 (2025). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister of Justice: When does he anticipate the Public Defence Service will have filled the proposed 12 new Lawyer roles noted in a recent change proposal?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I am advised that, should the proposed changes be confirmed, the Public Defence Service would expect to fill the proposed 12 new roles listed in reply 17281 (2025), by 11 August 2025.
