17302 (2026). Chlöe Swarbrick to the Prime Minister: What briefings, if any, has he received on the legal status of Rocket Lab's launches from NZ insofar as they relate to supporting or enabling military operations?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: As Prime Minister, I regularly request and receive advice from officials on a range of matters, including from the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC). I have received relevant briefings from the Policy Advisory Group, a business unit of DPMC, however I am not releasing the titles of these briefings.
