17297 (2025). Ricardo Menéndez March to the Minister for Social Development and Employment: How many new case worker FTE roles, if any, were advertised by Work and Income New Zealand during the month of February 2025?

Hon Louise Upston: I refer the Member to the attached table providing the number of Case Manager positions advertised by the Ministry of Social Development (the Ministry) from January to March 2025. Due to the Ministry being a large government agency, the number of Case Managers on any given day can fluctuate with resignations, internal movement, and new hires. The table includes new and existing Case Manager positions that were advertised in the period requested. This is also my response to written parliamentary questions 17298 and 17299 (2025).
