17291 (2025). Ricardo Menéndez March to the Minister of Immigration: From 01 January 2023 to 9 April 2025, how many migrant nec counsellors who held accredited employer work visas, if any, have been granted residency, broken down per quarter, and country of origin?

Hon Erica Stanford: I refer the Member to the attached document. I note that Counsellors NEC (ANZSCO code 272199) who hold membership with the New Zealand Association of Counsellors also have a Straight to Residence pathway as the occupation is included in Tier 1 of the Green List.
