17240 (2026). Dr Lawrence Xu-Nan to the Minister of Education: Will diesel boilers in schools on remote islands, if any, also be replaced as part of the work to replace diesel boilers at up to 70 schools nationwide?

Hon Erica Stanford: I am advised by the Ministry of Education that all island schools that utilise diesel generators for power and heating with no alternative energy or heating supply have been included in the c.70 schools for this programme of work.
