17227 (2025). Lan Pham to the Minister responsible for RMA Reform: What aides-memoirs, briefings, memos, notes, reports, or any other advice, if any, has the Minister or their Office received about Fast Track Implementation?
Hon Chris Bishop: In my capacity as the Minister Responsible for RMA Reform, I received the following twelve documents substantively about Fast Track Implementation between 27 November 2023 and the enactment of the Fast-track Approvals Act in December 2024.
I note that the implementation of the Fast-track Approvals Act now falls under the responsibilities of the Minister for Infrastructure. As such, I have received further briefings in that capacity, which fall outside the scope of this Parliamentary Question.
