17208 (2025). Tamatha Paul to the Minister for Children: What was the average call wait time for Tier 2: Intake Social Worker calls to speak to an Intake Social Worker in 2023?

Hon Karen Chhour: I am advised by Oranga Tamariki that the average wait time for a tier 2 call at the Oranga Tamariki National Contact Centre in 2023 was 6 minutes and 19 seconds.
