17206 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: Further to Reply 13378 (2026), did the decision-maker or decision-makers who authorised the 16 April 2025 amendment to the Certificate of Particulars control have knowledge, at the time of making that decision, of the potential fraud detected in February 2025; and if not, why was that information not shared with officials responsible for decisions affecting the control being used to detect such fraud?

Hon Chris Bishop: Yes, I am advised they were aware of the work that was underway regarding the potential fraud detected in February 2025.
