17204 (2025). Tamatha Paul to the Minister for Children: What was the abandonment rate for Tier 2: Intake Social Worker calls in 2023?

Hon Karen Chhour: I am advised the abandonment rate for tier 2 calls at the Oranga Tamariki National Contact Centre in 2023 was 25 percent. I refer the Member to my answer to WPQ 17198 (2025) for an explanation of the abandonment rate for tier 2 calls.
