17196 (2025). Tamatha Paul to the Minister for Children: What was the number of ‘Caller ended’ Contact Records for Tier 2: Intake Social Worker calls in 2024?

Hon Karen Chhour: I am advised by Oranga Tamariki that there were 68 caller ended records for tier 2 calls at the Oranga Tamariki National Contact Centre in 2024. I refer the Member to my answer to WPQ 17165 (2025) for an explanation of the tiered response system in place at the Oranga Tamariki National Contact Centre, and the definition of ‘caller ended’.
