17181 (2024). Hon Rachel Brooking to the Minister responsible for RMA Reform: What correspondence, if any, has the Minister or their Office sent or received with Irrigation NZ or its representatives, during the period 27 November 2023 to 22 May 2024, listed by title and date sent/received?

Hon Chris Bishop: I received correspondence from Irrigation New Zealand on 12 February 2024. Irrigation NZ were sent the letter dated 31 January 2024 regarding the fast-track consenting legislation and changes to the National Policy Statement for Freshwater Management, the letter dated 28 March 2024 regarding targeted changes to Resource Management Act 1991, the letter dated 3 April 2024 regarding the Fast-track Approvals Bill and the letter dated 30 April 2024 regarding the RMA Amendment Bill 1.
