17163 (2025). Hon Dr Megan Woods to the Minister for Economic Growth: What is the total amount of gas used across all of government contract, listed by month since November 2023 and broken-down by schools, hospitals, and government agencies?

Hon Nicola Willis: The attached table shows total amount of gas used by Government through the All-of-Government Reticulated Gas contract for the period 1 October 2023 to 30 September 2024. Data is collected on a quarterly basis, rather than a monthly basis as requested. Due to the time required to accurately break this data down further, a yearly total has been provided rather than monthly as requested. It should be noted that the Reticulated Gas contract supplies gas to around 90 participating agencies across the North Island only.
