Hon Nicola Willis: I have not received any advice specifically focused on the revenue impacts of Emissions Trading Scheme Auctions not clearing. From time to time, I receive advice from the Treasury mentioning the fiscal impacts of auction outcomes, such as when emissions trading scheme settings decisions are being made each year.
