17126 (2026). Ingrid Leary to the Minister of Transport: Further to Reply 12226 (2026), how much did the Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency on the Road to Zero campaign cost in the 2022/23 FY?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised that the NZ Transport Agency (NZTA) spent $3.257 million on the Road to Zero public awareness campaign in the 2022/23 financial year. As referred to in my response to 17128 (2026), this figure is for the Road to Zero programme public awareness campaign only and does not include the wider educational and promotional campaigns supporting the goals of the programme.
