17079 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Land Information: How much, if any, did the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, spend on the Carbon Neutral Government Programme in the 2023/24 financial year?

Mike Butterick: During the 2023/24 financial year, in relation to the Carbon Neutral Government Programme, Land Information New Zealand incurred $12,585 for an energy audit; $32,600 for the installation of new sensors in LINZ’s Wellington premises, and hand dryers in the Wellington, Hamilton and Christchurch premises; and $5,703 for Toitū Envirocare carbon reduce audit and certification.
