Rt Hon Winston Peters: Refer to WPQ 46419 (2024). Antarctica New Zealand spent NZ$23,475, of which NZ$11,590 was for Toitu membership and a Carbon reduce audit fee, and NZ$11,885 was for an FTE allocation.
