17021 (2026). Steve Abel to the Associate Minister of Agriculture: When, if at all, did the Minister make the decision not to progress the resumption of live animal exports at sea?

Hon Andrew Hoggard: I support the policy, but it has been clear since early this year that there is not enough time to achieve consensus among Ministers and pass the required legislation.
