16979 (2026). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: How many sites, if any, have been formally nominated under the Fuel Response Plan 2026 for priority fuel supply to public hospitals, and in which district health regions are they located?

Hon Simeon Brown: I am advised planning for Phases 3 and 4 of the Fuel Response Plan is under development and consultation is ongoing. I am further advised that public hospitals are considered critical fuel customers in the national fuel plan with the right to access priority supply for the purpose of continuing essential functions.
