Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Associate Minister for Energy: Further to reply 12091 (2026), which specific office or official, if any, within the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, holds formal authority to direct emergency fuel allocation to health facilities during Phase 3 and Phase 4?

Hon Shane Jones: Phases 3 and 4 of the Fuel Response Plan is still under development. The intention is that at all phases of the fuel response plan fuel supply for critical services will be protected.
