16941 (2026). Dr Lawrence Xu-Nan to the Minister of Education: What cabinet papers, if any, has the Minister received regarding the effect on schools and communities of rationing fuel and/or the government deciding to move to either Phase 2, 3 , or 4 of the National Fuel Plan?

Hon Erica Stanford: I received one Cabinet paper from the Ministry of Education, “Phase 1 Plan to Support Schools Through the Impacts of Fuel Supply Uncertainty” which I took to Cabinet on 24 April 2026.
