16932 (2026). Dr Lawrence Xu-Nan to the Associate Minister of Education: How many, if any, ECE centres had their license downgraded as a result of breaching regulations in 2025?

Hon David Seymour: I am advised by the Ministry of Education that it down-graded a total of 72 licenses during the period 1 January to 31 December 2025.
