Rt Hon Chris Hipkins to the Prime Minister: Further to reply 13371 (2026), does the Prime Minister accept that the appointment of Hon Mark Mitchell as Associate Minister for National Security and Intelligence was the only new ministerial appointment reflected in the Ministerial List dated 2 April 2026, when compared with the previous Ministerial List dated 27 January 2026, that was not referenced in his media statement of 2 April 2026; and if so, why was this appointment not included in that statement?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: As I stated in my response to the previous question, the appointment was included in the ministerial list circulated to the media at the time.
