16851 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Housing: Where are Kainga Ora currently tracking on their target to 'Reduce buildings emissions by 14% by 2034/35 compared to 2019'?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that total building emissions (construction and operation) for the 2024/25 year increased 3 percent compared to 2022/23, which was the first year a comprehensive measure was undertaken.
