16801 (2026). Arena Williams to the Minister of Commerce and Consumer Affairs: What steps, if any, is the Minister taking to ensure that algorithmic pricing tools used by competing firms are not effectively coordinating prices without explicit human collusion?

Cameron Brewer: I am currently considering my priorities and work programme. Officials continue to monitor developments in algorithmic collusion and AI-enabled pricing and will provide advice as needed.
