Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Treaty of Waitangi Negotiations: How many staff in the Minister's departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that are responsible to the Minister, if any, that had responding to or processing Official Information Act requests as a core part of their job description, if any, lost their jobs or were restructured out of their roles into a role where OIA requests were not a core part of their role, between 27 November 2023 and 31 December 2024?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I am advised that two roles were affected by restructure during the timeframe specified. In December 2024 two staff were notified of the disestablishment of their positions and they subsequently left in February 2025.
