Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Social Development and Employment: How many staff in the Minister's departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that are responsible to the Minister, if any, that had responding to or processing Official Information Act requests as a core part of their job description, if any, lost their jobs or were restructured out of their roles into a role where OIA requests were not a core part of their role, between 27 November 2023 and 31 December 2024?

Hon Louise Upston: I am advised that no staff from the Ministry of Social Development’s Official Information team left by way of redundancy as a result of structural change processes, or were restructured out of their roles into a role where Official Information Act requests are not a core part of their role.
