16760 (2026). Arena Williams to the Minister of Commerce and Consumer Affairs: On the topic of bank branch closures, does the Minister believe that banks have put profits over the needs of the communities they serve?

Cameron Brewer: While closures are ultimately business decisions, I want to see that New Zealanders have access to financial services they need.
