16639 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for ACC: What consultations did the Minister’s departments, if any, open on the week beginning 31 March 2025 with employees around any changes to employment roles, employment numbers and any other employment conditions, and how many roles were affected?

Hon Scott Simpson: I am advised that ACC opened one consultation in the week beginning 31 March 2025, which is expected to close on 17 April 2025. Subject to a good faith consultation process, this consultation could affect 69 roles. No reduction in total number of roles has been proposed as part of this consultation.
