Francisco Hernandez to the Attorney-General: What consultations did the Minister’s departments, if any, open on the week beginning 31 March 2025 with employees around any changes to employment roles, employment numbers and any other employment conditions, and what date are any such consultations expected to close?

Hon Judith Collins: Refer to Crown Law's response to question 16575 (2025). Crown Law's consultation process on proposed changes to the IT function closes on 28 April 2025. The Parliamentary Counsel Office did not open any consultations during the week beginning 31 March 2025 with employees around any changes to employment roles, employment numbers or any other employment conditions.
