Francisco Hernandez to the Attorney-General: What consultations did the Minister’s departments, if any, open on the week beginning 31 March 2025 with employees around any changes to employment roles, employment numbers and any other employment conditions, and how many roles were affected?

Hon Judith Collins: Crown Law opened one consultation with employees for the week beginning 31 March 2025. This consultation seeks feedback on proposed changes to the internal IT function. There are 6 roles which have significant changes proposed and 4 roles (including 2 vacant roles) which have minor changes proposed. The Parliamentary Counsel Office did not open any consultations during the week beginning 31 March 2025 with employees around any changes to employment roles, employment numbers or any other employment conditions.
