Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for the Environment: How many staff in the Minister's departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that are responsible to the Minister, if any, that had responding to or processing Official Information Act requests as a core part of their job description, if any, lost their jobs or were restructured out of their roles into a role where OIA requests were not a core part of their role, between 27 November 2023 and 31 December 2024?

Hon Penny Simmonds: I am advised that no staff at the Ministry for the Environment or Environmental Protection Authority with the core responsibility of responding to or processing Official Information Act requests lost their jobs or were restructured out of their roles during the requested period.
