16535 (2026). Oriini Kaipara to the Minister of Housing: Were minutes, notes, or other records created for any meetings relating to Rawiri Community House, and if so, what form do those records take?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities advises me that its staff have not met with representatives of the Rawiri Community House specifically regarding the lease extension. The relationship Kaing Ora holds is with Auckland Council who in turn sublease to Rawiri Community House.
