Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Arts, Culture and Heritage: How many staff in the Minister's departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that are responsible to the Minister, if any, that had responding to or processing Official Information Act requests as a core part of their job description, if any, lost their jobs or were restructured out of their roles into a role where OIA requests were not a core part of their role, between 27 November 2023 and 31 December 2024?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I am advised that for the Ministry for Culture and Heritage, the answer is none. Boards of Crown entities are responsible for the policies and operational matters of the Crown entity they govern. This includes matters relating to staff resourcing and restructures. I do not receive information at this level of detail as part of the regular reporting of the Crown entities that I am responsible for.
