16449 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Agriculture: How many staff in the Minister's departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that are responsible to the Minister, if any, that had responding to or processing Official Information Act requests as a core part of their job description, if any, lost their jobs or were restructured out of their roles into a role where OIA requests were not a core part of their role, between 27 November 2023 and 31 December 2024?

Hon Todd McClay: The Ministry for Primary Industries’ Official Information Act (OIA) team is responsible for leading responses for all OIA requests. I am informed that no staff have been restructured out of their role.
