Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Prime Minister: Further to his reply to Question 12197 (2026), did the Minister of Housing, Hon Chris Bishop, seek advice from the Cabinet Office before he decided to approve the reallocation of $27 million in funding from a Kāinga Ora Infrastructure Acceleration Fund project to the City Link Bridge project in his electorate and if not, has the Minister met his expectations in regard to the Minister’s responsibilities under the Cabinet Manual?
