16427 (2025). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What consultation, if any, took place with the existing Deputy Chief Executives before the decision was made to replace their roles with Chief Delivery Officers?

Hon Simeon Brown: I am advised that a consultation document was released in 2024 which made clear that the Deputy Chief Executive roles were established for a 12 month period. As the Member will be aware, the roles were not disestablished, and therefore no further consultation was required.
